Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 August 2026 · Operated by [COMPANY]

1. What this service does

3D Model Generator converts an image, or a text description you provide, into a 3D model and engine-ready files. The service is provided on an "as is" basis. Output quality depends on your input and on machine learning models we do not control; we do not promise that any particular result is usable for your purpose.

2. Your account

3. What you may upload

You must have the right to use the images you upload. You may not upload:

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, without refund where the breach is clear.

4. Rights in the output

You own what you generate, to the extent such ownership is possible under applicable law, and subject to the licences below. We claim no ownership of your models. We do keep the right to store and process them to run the service.

The pipeline uses third-party models and libraries with their own licences. Those licences travel with the output and you must comply with them:

5. Plans, payment and refunds

Paid plans are billed through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), who acts as merchant of record and issues your invoice. Prices are shown before purchase and may include tax depending on your location. Card details are entered on Paddle's checkout and never reach our servers.

6. Limits and fair use

Each plan has a stated generation quota. Some operations that do not use a GPU — such as re-exporting an existing model — have separate daily limits. We may adjust limits to keep the service available for everyone, and will give notice of material reductions.

7. Your data and deletion

You can delete a model at any time; its files are removed from storage. We keep a record that the generation happened, without the files, for quota accounting and billing history. See the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability

We do not offer an uptime guarantee. The service depends on third-party GPU capacity and may be interrupted. We will not intentionally delete your files without notice while your account is active.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost work.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify registered users by email or in the application before they take effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. [DISPUTE VENUE]
